The pendant light is a nice looking fixture that's easy to install. It's definitely minimalist and modern, which is exactly what I was going for in my kitchen. The light itself is bright enough for my island, and the 4000K color temperature provides a nice, neutral light. The installation was straightforward, though I did need a second set of hands for holding it in place while tightening the screws. The quality feels decent for the price. It's not super high end, but it's sturdy and well made enough for everyday use. My only minor complaint is that the cord is a bit short, so I had to adjust my existing wiring a little to get it to hang at the height I wanted. If you're planning on using it in a space with high ceilings, you might want to factor that in.

These put out an insane amount of light for their size. I bought them to use as accent lights, and even on a dimmer, they're a bit too bright for my application. They are, however, great lights! My only complaint is that the wire they hang from will not go straight. I've use a heat gun and put them under tension, but they still have little ripples and kinks. I have not yet found a suitable fix for this issue, but for the price, it's workable. The real gem here is that these lights are completely modular and very easy to modify, which is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought them! The tubes are threaded, and the gold retainer unscrews, allowing the entire LED assembly to be dropped out, modified or entirely replaced. I will very likely end up replacing the wire with a silicone-sheathed wire for better flexibility, and use different power supplies and LEDs for a completely different effect. The housings alone are worth the cost; they're very clean, sleek and modern, and the ability to customize them is brilliant! The manufacturer should offer them in different color temperatures though, as the 4000k neutral white may be a bit on the cooler side than most common household lighting.
